April's Marketwatch We are seeing a little more activity in the marketplace right now in the North Dallas area and are thrilled with what we see. We have sold 5 houses in the last 10 days and 4 of those have been listings. Two of those had multiple offers! You might say they were priced too low but we don’t think so! They were priced with the market, clean and well cared for homes, and updated. The other part of the puzzle is the market picked up. We love it! If you are thinking of selling or buying, this little wave of success will follow us hopefully until we hit our peak at the end of summer. See our graphs to see our natural upturn during the summer months starting in the spring. We are not “out of the woods” yet but we have been SO slow, this little bit of activity is exciting.
