Market Update

Well, this is your monthly marketing letter updating you with what is happening statistically for the past month of September 2006 in your City. It is not good, for all of our cities! Everyone is down in the number of sales (closed sales) for the last two months now! Plano fell the most as you can see from the enclosed graph. Frisco is the only other city we track with a graph and Frisco is down also.

What does all of this mean to you as you are on the market to sell? It means the very best houses will sell, and sell first! It is also means with fewer buyers and sales, we have to be in better condition and with a better price and a great location! With Pending Sales down in most Cities and with inventory up, we really have to be that special one!

Now the good news is that we are having a little “surge” of activity in this first part of October! We have sold several homes and the best ones had multiple offers. We can do it but know that when I come back to you and ask for a reduction since we haven’t sold, you will know why! It is the market conditions, not you and not me!

We can sell your home but it will take all of us working together to accomplish it! Hopefully the worse is over! And, there is no rhyme or reason why we are this slow!
