Housing Bubble??

Just want to let everyone know that we do not have a housing bubble, nor have we ever had a Housing Bubble, but I would love to see a Housing Bubble here!

We have very reasonable pricing on our homes! Too reasonable! We are not seeing enough escalation in value to get you, as sellers, out of your homes with the closing costs so you have money to do what you would like in purchasing. So don’t believe everything you read nationally! We are not falling since we have never been “high!”

On the other hand, if you or someone you know needs to BUY, this is the time to do so!
