Yes, we are talking about the markets: The Real Estate Markets and of course, the Stock Markets. What I know about is the Real Estate Market. We have been in all kinds of Markets throughout our 27 years in the business, so we are not shocked, but know how to respond.

We just listed a home around $150,000 and received a contract in 2 days with 7 showings in that 2 day period and with 2 other second showings.

You go out to show homes, and all the good condition, better priced homes are already under contract. Trying to write an offer on a property that is only on the market for 5 days in the $250,000 range, and the property had 5 showings just today, so we are going to have to move quickly and strongly in order to buy it.
