JUST FOR FUN!

I dressed up for our Business Interchange Meeting that I attend on Friday's Mornings at 7:30 AM at the Plano Chamber of Commerce. It was Halloween as you can tell! I never participate because I usually have a customer on the day they dress up and I don't want to re-dress. Someone mentioned Ugly Betty with the show on TV, so I decided I would try to be her. I have never seen the show, but ran by the Halloween store and found the black wig and even the teeth with braces!

What a racket ... those Halloween stores. They can keep their left over merchandize for the next year, they can rent short term an empty store, they don't need the inside area finished out, they just bring in their racks for display, get internet for their computers and rake in the money for 3 months! What a deal! I know since I spent $45.00 for just the few things I bought! The store was busy, busy, and I waited in line to check out! One guy in front of me had come to this store in Plano since the Allen store had a checkout line that snaked throughout the store and he didn't want to wait in line!
