Getting Ready to sell.
I’m Thinking of Putting My House on The Market But……
- What updating should I be doing?
- Where should I put my money in getting my house ready to sell?
- Should I buy new carpet or flooring?
- Should I replace the appliances?
- Should I repaint the house?
- Will I get my money out if I do these updates?
- Can I get by without doing everything?
- What will make a buyer happier and cause them to want our house rather than someone’s else house?
- How much is this going to cost?
- And.....I really don’t have/know someone that could do these updates!
